Weekly reports on local activities done for the TRD-2D project of the CBM collaboration.

This week we will discuss the topics related to the status, milestones and production of the TRD-2D FEE for the next major data taking campaign at mCBM 2022 but also the projects of a final board to be produced for the CBM implementation of the TRD-2D.

Alongside of the DAQ, the developments for a more efficient read-out scheme in which the FASP preamp and a new dedicated ADC will be integrated will be also discussed.
