Weekly reports on local activities done for the TRD-2D project of the CBM collaboration.

This week we will discuss the topics related to the local DAQ development on a different platform from the CRI. The project has to goals :

• provide a testing bench for the FASPRO/GETS boards to be shipped at GSI for the mCBM 22 summer campaign
• provide a local development infrastructure for the Trd-2d FW development

- Build system works well

- PCIe some problems - can be fixed without modifying CRI main components. Transievers which connects to the GBTx. SW may need some updates

- the new HW offers clock transfer

- 3 CROB equivalent (24 CRI)

- CROB acquisition ? NO. We have 1 pc. in house.

 

- mounting device ready

- mid week we are waiting for the financial offer.

- araldite 116. financial details need to be solved and also stocks, transport

- existing EW may have some construction defects

- second EW is ready and the mechanical gluing has to be improved.
