• general remarks : The plan has to be done as if for managers and not physicist/engineers
• There has to be a continuous flow of deliverables (not necessary linked to the usefulness) which are realizable (no delays admitted )
• end of 2026 installation plans for common services
• the situation with the TRD frame
• Radiator construction PRR / FAT man-power collaboration

TRD-2D specific

• CHAMBER : FoS Start of production from other resources - matches with increasing trend of deliverables
• CHAMBER : Correlation with the TRD frame design
• ASIC/FEB : realistic FoS to be discussed
