Description
Homework for BLUE group for Activation part:
- identification of all peaks in the Background spectrum recorded with the offline/BEGA/decay detector
- yield measurement for 12C+13C @ 9.6 MeV from prompt spectrum and from decay spectrum; comparison between the two yields
Tasks common to all groups:
- plot the yields from all energies on the same plot, Y(E) vs E
- compare results with previous research from an experimental database, such as EXFOR
- compare three background spectra: from in-beam detector, from decay detector, from salt mine detector
