A conference fee of 300 euros (which includes the cost of lunches, coffee breaks and registration) for those staying the whole period and scaled for those with partial stay, should be paid at the arrival and registration.
For those supported by CSSP20 these will be included in the support package. Student fellowships will include a 10 euro/day for dinners (which they will arrange by themselves).
Note that the conference fee should be paid to the organizers, during registration on the day of arrival, not at the hotel desk.
Onsite registration will occur on August 18th after 5 pm inside the hotel at sublevel 1 (there will be indication arrows). At this time at the registration desk, you will be able to pay the conference fee. Please be prepared to pay with cash as we will not be able to provide alternative means of payment. Euros, dollars and RON (lei) will be accepted. Those arriving later will register and pay later.
