As mentioned, 11 May is the official arrival day. That means that there are no activities then. It's a day for the participants to reach Bucharest and check into the accommodation dormitory. Similarly, 23 May is the official departure day. This means that there are no activities then. It's a day for the participants to check out of the accommodation dormitory and return to their home institutions.
Starting from Tuesday, 12 May, the daily schedule will be from 9 in the morning to about 17-18 in the evening.
On Saturday, 16 May, participants will be taken by bus to the low-background laboratory in the Slanic salt mine which is about a 2 hour drive away from Magurele. This will require an early departure, but the details will be conveyed closer to the date. We advise the participants to pack a light jacket for this, as the temperature inside the mine is ~10 degrees C.
