The venue of the school will be Hotel International**** (http://www.international-sinaia.ro), which is a four star complex with a Conference Center, where the participants will be accommodated in single and double rooms and in luxury suites (at request).
Prices are as follows:
- Double room in single occupancy: 99 euro/day
- Double room in double occupancy: 55 euro/person/day
- Junior suite: 169 euro/day
Participants are advised that these prices are offered only if the participants are registered via the organizers (using the registration form on this site) and only for the duration of the school (i.e. 2-15 July). Hotel reservations are done by the organizers based on the room choice and period stated on the registration form.
Breakfast is included in the room’s price.
Lunches will be served at the same hotel and are included in the conference fee (see school circular or Conference fee page).
The hotel accommodation costs must be paid at the hotel front desk and can be done at any time during your stay.
Dinners can be pre-arranged at the same hotel at about 17 euro each, can be ordered “a la carte”, or the participants can choose to manage by themselves these meals at other restaurants that are available around, in walking distance.
For participants who prefer to find their accommodation somewhere else, please choose "None" on the registration form and state this as well as your attendance period in the "Special remarks" section.
