The conference fee is 500 euros and represents the cost of lunches and coffee breaks, for
those staying the whole period. The fee will of course be scaled (at a rate of 42 euro/day) for those with partial stay.
The conference fee should be paid at arrival, when the participant checks in at the school's on-site registration desk. Please come prepared with cash (RON, EUR or USD) as we do not have the option of taking card payments.
For those supported by CSSP23, the conference fee will be included in the support package.
NOTE: The hotel accommodation costs must be paid at the hotel front desk and can be done at any time during your stay.
