Accommodation
Participants will be accommodated at the school venue, Hotel International**** (http://www.international-sinaia.ro), in single and double rooms and in luxury suites (at request) at the following prices:
- Double room in single occupancy: 114 euro/day
- Double room in double occupancy: 62 euro/person/day
- Junior suite: 184 euro/day
These prices are offered only if the participants are registered via the organizers. Room selection is done at the time of registration. Students sponsored by the school will only be accommodated in Double rooms with double occupancy (see the Student Fellowship page).
Breakfast is included in the room’s price. Lunches will be served at the same hotel and are included in the conference fee (see below).
The hotel accommodation costs must be paid at the hotel front desk and can be done at any time during your stay.
Note: Participants can also opt to find their own accommodation in Sinaia, in which case please choose the "None" option in the "Hotel booking" section of the registration form.
Conference fee
The conference fee is 650 euros and represents the cost of lunches and coffee breaks, for those staying the whole period. The fee will be scaled with the number of days (at a rate of 65 euro/day) for those with partial stay.
The conference fee should be paid at arrival, when the participant checks in at the school's on-site registration desk. Please come prepared with cash (RON, EUR or USD) as we do not have the option of taking card payments.
The fee can also be paid before arrival by bank transfer. The deadline for this is June 7th, 2025. For those interested, please contact the school (cssp25@nipne.ro) for banking details.
For those supported by CSSP25, the conference fee will be included in the support package.
