As a rule, the participants should be supported by their home institution.
However, a limited number of fellowships will be available for students. The fellowship consists full or partial local support (conference fee and accommodation in a double room with double occupancy) for the duration of the conference, but no transportation.
The applicants should provide a short (one page) CV, the abstract of their talk and a letter of recommendation from a professor or senior scientist who supports their application. The initial application for a fellowship can be made online by checking the box next to 'Fellowship' on the registration form. The required documents mentioned above can then be e-mailed to the school contact, cssp25@nipne.ro.
The deadline for fellowship applications is May 1st, 2025!
