Recalibration of the Reference System with Well Type Ionization Chamber for Ge-68, Ru-106 and Ra-223
Ge/Ga-68, Ru-106 and Ra-223 are radionuclides of great importance due to their applications in medicine. Recently, LNMRI/IRD performed the primary standardization of these radionuclides with uncertainties smaller than 0.5%.
To ensure the supply of standards traced to the primary standards, the LNMRI/IRD recalibrated its reference system with an ionization chamber and obtained a concordance better than 0.3 %, taking as a reference the last two calibrations for all radionuclides in this study.
